Sedona Women’s Golf Clinic   Arizona / May 11-16, 2009

If you’ve ever wished you could have one of the finest golf instructors in the world analyze your strengths and weaknesses and give you personalized instruction, your wish has come true!

We’ve teamed up with the renowned Bird Golf Academy to provide 11 women (sorry, guys!) a personalized clinic in Sedona.  Top golf psychologist Carey Mumford will analyze your personal golf profile (submitted in advance) and tailor a learning experience specifically for you. Six outstanding female golf instructors will then conduct the program. With only two students per instructor, not only will you learn to improve your game by mastering the physical essentials, but you also will learn how to groove your game so it becomes second nature. Lessons will take place in the teaching area and on the course daily.

Our highly-qualified and passionate instructors include:

Sharon Miller retired from the LPGA Golf Tour Circuit in 1981 and began teaching. She helped start and wrote for Golf for Women magazine as their Teaching Editor in Chief. Sharon was the LPGA teacher of the year in 1989 and will be inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame this fall.

Shelley Hamlin has represented the U.S. in both the Curtis Cup and World Cup, was a runner-up in the US Open in 1973 and a 3-time winner on the LPGA Tour. After successfully battling breast cancer in 1992, Shelly went on to win several tournaments and became the president of the LPGA. She now devotes her time to teaching.

Sharron Moran was LPGA Rookie of the Year in 1967, and spent 10 years on the tour; Shirley Furlong met with immediate success as a professional – winning the 1988 Keystone Open and had numerous top-5 finishes;  Anne-Marie Palli captured 26 amateur titles, including the European Championship twice; and Pam Wright was born into a Scottish golfing family. Pam was LPGA Rookie of the Year in 1989. She shot the lowest 9-hole round in US Open history with a 30!

Instruction and unlimited play will take place at the Sedona Golf

Resort. This stunning 4.5-star course winds around Sedona’s magnificent crimson cliffs with each hole providing a completely different golf experience. We’ll stay at the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa, a 4-star boutique hotel beautifully decorated in Moorish style.

In addition to the golf, activities include a Pink (of course!) Jeep Tour and an optional day-trip to the Grand Canyon at the end of the clinic.  You may want to spend your time off relaxing in the spa or shopping in the Tlaqupaque Village in Sedona.

Don’t miss this incredible golf learning experience! The trip is limited to 11 women and 1 trip host. You must sign up no later than August 28, 2008!
